  I went there on 04-26-2026 I was going to get a tuna wrap until I seen the tuna at the bottom of the container and there was a puddle of white liquid which I assumed to be mayo that had broken down from the tuna from being old and I ask the woman there if she could give me some New Tuna but she said No so I left, it say FRESH ON THE BANNER So I won't be going there anymore, bottom of the barrel crap!!!

  Didn’t even get the sandwich, employee was working alone and clearly stressed, had me wait while she made online orders, asked her if I could get a fresher loaf of bread, was told that she made it last night and that she was running out of bread, just left after waiting ten minutes.

  This is the cleanest and friendliest subway around. They treat their customers right and make good sandwiches. Yomaira the manager is a true sandwich artist, your sandwich will come out excellent. If im anywhere in Springfield, I will be traveling to this location for subway.

  Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, got only bacon and cheese on the sandwich. Brought it back, was told i ordered it wrong, she took it and then tried to ring me up for another sandwich... spoke to a manager and she pretty much tried to say i ordered the sandwich wrong so thats why she was trying to ring me up again. Will never be coming here again.
