  Customer service is trash! Went in on 3/9/2026 around 445pm and the worker was annoyed I was at the counter during her break. I ask her to give me one second just to check my daughter’s order and her attitude was terrible. Went to subway in Chicopee instead. There service is great.

  $8 for a 6 inch with a few pieces of shredded Turkey, not even fully cut slices, 4 little pieces of onion, 3 little cucumbers and some lettuce. Terrible portions for the cost. Probably won’t ever go to a subway again. So many better mom and pop shops around.
