  Convenient location, parking is on the street, but not bad. They have kiosk for self service, but I was in and out anyway using the attendant at the Desk. Friendly.

  Totally impossible to speak to a live person at the drop off location,terrible system especially for people who works a lot with 2 jobs and can’t come to the location…I just wanna speak to a manager and I can’t…why do they have a phone number then if you can’t speak to the manager at that location…can’t deal with this system and it’s terrible

  I got here at 9:07 am, unloaded a heavy box which took me about 1.5 minutes. Went inside and literally had the receipt for tracking in my hands and back in my car by 9:10 am. Super quick service and the employee was nice and helpful.

  these people mixed up the labels and sent my ebay listing to different owners and everything is getting mixed up for no reason. thanks for paying attention to your job, you need to do better with using your eyes.
