  Santino and his colleague provided amazing customer service and help to get a large, custom print job completed for me in about 6 hours. The MGM location did not have the ability to print the large foam mounted presentation board I needed, but Santino worked with local FedEx locations to get what I needed printed and delivered to the MGM location quickly for me to pick up. Incredibly convenient, attentive and satisfactory experience from this crew! Thanks, guys!!

  I recently visited FedEx Office and had a great experience thanks to Santino. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I’ve visited this location before and honestly didn’t receive the same level of customer service from other employees, but Santino truly stood out. He went above and beyond to help me and made everything smooth and easy. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Santino!
