  Mr. T assisted us with purchasing a new Apple phone on Sunday. We came to the store in the late afternoon and he was able to set our phone up and transfer items from the old phone. He is a great ambassador for Cricket and a delight to talk with during the process. Excellent representative for the brand. Keep up the great job!!!

  Mr .T at the main st location great customer service sumner ave cricket did not recommend this store but Mr.T is definitely reliable and mad sure we are satisfied

  I went to get a new phone and had the best customer experience, set up was fast, I was helped with absolutely everything I needed, all of my questions were answered, I got lots of great recommendations, and wifi set up as well!
