  walked in here to order a grinder no other customers in the store guy was making two grinders for an online order and instead of waiting on me like they are suppose to he continued making the online order grinders while I waited for 10 minutes before finally walking out with nothing

  I have always had a positive experience at this Subway, it’s actually one of the better ones because the employees care. There’s an older gentleman there, I think his name is Karl, he’s very helpful and friendly.

  I went into this subway a week ago and my order was taken my a man that looked like he had special needs, while he was taking my order he had a snot hanging halfway out of his nose that he kept sniffing in and out, I was so shocked and disgusted i didn’t even know what to say. i paid for my food, left and threw my sandwich out. It was nauseating and completely disgusting. i will never go back to that subway.

  If I could give this zero stars I would I went here after my son's soccer game in town cuz it was late and I didn't really feel like cooking dinner there was an older gentleman that looked maybe he had special needs which is fine I have no problem with that truly but when he started making my food I noticed a big snot hanging from his nose that was just dangling there and it kept going in and out of his nose and I was afraid that it was going to fall on my food and I eventually said something to him very politely I said excuse me sir I don't mean to sound rude or have you get offended but can you please wipe your nose you have something hanging from it as you are handling food and my food I would really appreciate it and he got super angry stormed off into the back started swearing and cussing and you could hear it in the front took a while for him to come back out then when he did he was still fuming and huffing and puffing slamming things just being angry I still try to give him the benefit of doubt and still try to be respectful and kind and considerate he finished our sandwiches and as I was paying he told me that it was 32 and some change but the thing upfront said 39 and some change so I asked him and he told me it was 32 he then gives me my receipt and it has a tip of 6.58 that was taken out to make it 39 and some change I asked him what this was and again he was still angry at me and said he had no idea and that I must have done something when I scanned my card to pay and I said no I most certainly didn't I just paid I'm not going to give you almost $7 in tip I would like my money back that's kind of ridiculous I said and he gets mad even more picks up the tip jar shakes it in my face this is all I'll just give it to you from here and just kept having major attitude towards me and I said no I don't want it from the tip jar I want a refund and he kept saying he couldn't do that and I just ended up walking out because I was just so angry and disgusted couldn't even eat my food and I'm almost $40 short which I will be trying to reach out to the manager or the owner
