Arrived around 8:20 knowing they closed at 9:00. Someone came out and said they were closing, but when we walked to the door, it was locked. We knocked multiple times, and an employee looked right at us and ignored us. Around 8:25, we pointed to the time, and he shrugged and walked away. Another customer told us they had run out of food, which seems strange for a chain restaurant—especially 35+ minutes before closing. If you’re out of food or closing early, communicate that clearly instead of ignoring customers. Overall, very disappointing.
My family drove in from Boston and was trying to get some subway for dinner, but unfortunately, the worker locked the door as we arrived at 8:18. We desperately pleaded outside the door pointing to the hours of operation sign on the door, which stated that on Mondays-Fridays, the restaurant closes at 9:00. Despite our effort, the employee just shook his head to say no, without elaborating. For this, I leave this Subway location with 1/5 stars

We had a family of 6 hopeful to get dinner as we just arrived into town after a full day of driving. We arrived at 8:22pm when the employee was locking up. We knocked on the window and the employee just shook his head no. The hours posted online and on the door say 9pm closing. Another car in the parking lot with a few passengers also couldn’t order either. Extremely disappointed.
We came here at 8:20 pm after visiting the beach. When we got here, we saw an employee lock up the door, and when we knocked on the door, he shrugged and left. Keep in mind, Subway closes at 9:00 pm. Thanks Wendy’s for the great burgers!
Great customer service. Although the gentleman was really from the Hyannis store. He was great. He was alone but handling the 5 of us quickly and friendly. Sandwiches made perfectly. I just wish I could remember his name. It was Friday night 5/8.
