Horrible experience. Driver made no attempt to contact me for signature required delivery. When I called customer service, the agent was very rude and dismissive of the issue. Not the usual experience I have come to expect from FedEx.

Delivery jobs are never done right with FedEx. Every single time I expected a package that required signature, I ended up having to pick it up myself after multiple failed attempts at my door while I've been waiting at my place and ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS RING THE DOORBELL. I don't understand why FedEx drivers never get their jobs done.
ALSO WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN THE TIMELINES ARE NEVER UPDATED?
And don't get me started on the AI that answers their calls.

I needed a package delivered for a work emergency- my office is normally closed on Fridays so the Fed Ex driver sent notice that he was unable to deliver the package and it would be delivered Monday. I went and talked to the manager at Fed Ex South Boston branch and he was able to get ahold of the driver and he circled back so I could get the package! The driver (I think his name was Richard?) was so kind and everyone was so helpful!!
