  When you pay for Next Day Air service, you expect your package to arrive on time—and when a communication mix-up almost ruined those plans, the team at UPS Somerville truly saved the day. I was running around in circles between facilities, stressed out because I was scheduled to fly out of the country the very next morning and desperately needed this critical package. That’s when Kai stepped in. Thanks to Kai’s exceptional help and dedication, my package was tracked down and handed to me right on time. If it weren't for Kai going above and beyond, I doubt my package would have been found at all. I am deeply grateful for the incredible customer service—thank you, Kai, for making all the difference!

  I was dealing with a highly time-sensitive shipping situation over the weekend, and Kai stepped up to help navigate these logistics with incredible patience and grace. The UPS store at Somerville truly went above and beyond to ensure everything within their control was handled professionally. Store management is very lucky to have Kai on the team.   I was having a really difficult day dealing with some family stuff and went to this UPS to buy some moving boxes. The guy working was really kind and took his time giving me a hand. The interaction was honestly really helpful and appreciated. That aside, why are boxes so damn expensive..

  The service at this location was so great. I was running late and the customer service from Asmay made sure I got my poster printed and my packages sent in time before my flight. I recommend this location specifically
