This is a wonderful UPS store. I rented a mailbox here for 3 months and received an astronomical volume of packages and everyone who works there was always friendly and gracious and offered to help with no exceptions. I actually go out of my way to utilize this location versus other UPS stores!
Miserable staff, always rude, somehow seen to be able to screw up an Amazon return. Avoid at all costs.
Rude and snarky service. Came in with a prepaid label, and they tried to charge me $3 just to print it. Literally to print a pice of paper, that's it. THREE DOLLARS. I thought they were joking but they refused to take my package and I had to leave!

Go to ANY other UPS store location and save yourself some trouble. Staff are disrespectful, unhelpful, and patronizing. I spent $150 to overnight an urgent package to New York by 9 am the next morning, and the package was delayed in Somerville at 9 pm that evening AT ITS POINT OF ORIGIN. After multiple phone calls to UPS customer service, the regional branch manager informed us they had retrieved the package and we would be able to pick it up to get it to New York by alternative methods. UPS employees at this store were extremely rude to my friend who went to pick up the package. After she was eventually able to retrieve the package in Somerville, the store supervisor REFUSED to process a refund for the purchase. Essentially, this store charged me $150 to take my package from Somerville to Somerville three minutes down the street. Not only was it not delivered by the promised time, it wasn’t delivered at all! What horrible customer service this store has to decline a request for a refund for a package that they didn’t ship! If you value your money or time at all, or better yet if you would like to be spoken to respectfully, avoid this UPS store at all costs.
