  This agency and company were too pleasant and responsive while taking my money. They were non existent when I needed them in the claim process. Keep in mind my homeowners insurance was NOT CHEAP! The company itself is an absolute joke when it comes to ACTUAL COVERAGE. The company paid me $1064 on a disaster that cost me 6+ months to clean up and $22,000 out of pocket. The person calling herself "the adjuster " never came out, processing the claim through thousands of photos sent. She had more time off than 10 average people. Apparently, "pictures speak a thousand words" BUT DO NOT convey a catastrophic mess. To add insult to horrific injury, she never subrogated with the "at fault" party. I wouldn't hire her in any capacity! This company has been reported to the Insurance Commissioner. STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE unless you want a lifetime challenge.

  I highly recommend Juan Diaz with Allstate Insurance for your home and car insurance needs. He is super knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and was able to give me great rates. As a new transplant to MA, he helped me to navigate the differences here, not only in terms of insurance but also in getting a driver's license and registering my cars. Juan is always available to answer my questions and never makes me feel rushed or pressured. I know I'm in good hands with Juan!

  Polite very informative, reasonably priced there not looking to rob you like Liberty Mutual is still trying to do to me after changing over to All-State with Jaun him and his team have been great.
