  The print team here is fantastic! I emailed what I needed for an event, very last minute. I walked in and it was just there, ready to go. That may not seem like a big ask but to print, mount on board and place on an easel with little to no instruction turned in 30 minutes - in my book is huge! I returned next day to ship and found that equally easy. I was so thrilled I took a photo. Well done FedEx Seekonk!

  3/19/2026 12:54 pm - return with label to scan The manager who has long brown hair with highlights & the young associate is a young man with dark hair and dark colored glasses are rude and dry, almost as if they have no idea the definition of what customer service is . the response is to my questions were “whatever “ and shrugs given not really sure why they’ve maintained success this long. If you can’t avoid this location, please do it’s not worth it.

  Counter by herself, she was extremely rude. I told her I had a label in my email. She said we'll get out your phone. Give me an email address to email it to you, but was giving attitude to everybody what Looked around and just left he said maybe I'll be back later. Maybe I'll go somewhere else Finally got the slip with the label from my phone. It took a good 15 mins she has me leave the box on the counter unattended about 10% of the box was hanging off the counter because it was too wide and she was in the back not attending anything so I was a little nervous
