They want $3.49 to print out 1 piece of paper. I asked why so much, “it’s what my boss wants. this is a franchise, he wants it to cost that much.” Yeah I will never return here. That is absurd.

It’s ironic that a UPS store refuses to ship items because they are 'too heavy.' I tried to return a set of dumbbells with an Amazon-provided label, and the staff gave me every excuse in the book to reject them. They claimed one label equals one box (incorrect) and then just admitted they didn't want to deal with the weight. Amazon customer service was much more professional and confirmed the store was wrong. Save yourself the trip and go to a different location that actually knows how to do their job.

I received an email regarding my package and I rushed to pick it up, as I was going to travel. I arrived at the location at exactly 6:30 to pick it up. They shut the door in my face, telling me I couldn't be assisted. By 6:32, the employees were already leaving the premises. Terrible customer service.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick. They don't always open right at 8:30 AM, which can be tricky if you are in a rush. Be mindful that this location may open a few minutes late and there can be a line of people waiting for it to open. Love that they have tape and other shipping supplies available if needed!
I had a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Mustapha Saab. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with printing a large number of important documents. Since I had forgotten my password, I wasn’t able to access my files myself, but Mustapha kindly allowed me to send everything to his email and took care of the printing for me.
He worked quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude throughout the entire process. His professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
