  Do not go to this store, THIEVES. My brakes started grinding on my way home from work. I found some time navigated the app and priced out my brake pads (front and back) and rotors (front and back) for $488. The app showed that they were in store at the sandwich location and pick up was available. I visited the store the next day to purchase these items, the employee rings me up and says $573.76, almost $100 difference from the app. Now I’m in the store I have two kids running around and I’m asking why the price increase and could he please check the coupons if any again, I had a much lower price. Employee states no coupons are available it is what it is. Didn’t have an option, so I buy the brakes and rotors and slap them on the car. I return one day later and ask a different employee why my price went up and he states if I had used the app to purchase these items parts I would have saved $77.00. Do you think the employee that rang me up could have told me that instead of telling me it is what it is and shrugging me off. DO NOT GO TO THIS PARTS STORE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Was having an awful time trying to figure out what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. When I stopped by Advanced in Forestdale. Todd met me, listened to my explanation of the issue. Then proceeded to test my battery and alternator ultimately he hooked up a code reader and gave me the diagnosis (error code etc). So off I went feeling well informed!So grateful for his patience, help, awesome customer service! knowledgeable explanations. of

  They shouldn’t automatically assume all veterans are Men. I asked for the VA discount and he asked for my number and he said was already signed up. I said I didn’t believe I was. And then I paid. He just assumed I was signed up as a member and never got my discount. This is why I never use it. But it was a 90$ Refrigerant thing. I needed it. It’s so friggen hard to ask for this discount, the the one time I do, nothing goes right and the 70 year old dude had no clue.
