  I go to this UPS store frequently with complicated printing requests for work and personal projects and Dani and Annabelle always knock it OUT OF THE PARK!!!! INCREDIBLY helpful and attentive in making sure my project gets done right, plus so kind!! I genuinely appreciate their work that helps support local businesses and the community!!!

  Instead of navigating the perils of packing souvenirs into your luggage or carry-on, just ship them home! The team here are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and downright Tetris-masters of packing. I dropped off a bag stuffed with smaller bags of various fragile and non fragile items, and I was so impressed when the package arrived at home - with a handwritten postcard! What a lovely human touch! They unpacked each bag, folded up the bags in the bottom of the box for collectors, and carefully wrapped each fragile item in bubble wrap while also packing the empty space to protect it during shipping. Absolutely worth the reasonable cost to make sure delicate glass and delicious hot sauce arrived safely. Like many others in the area, I also visited the Witchery and made a broom I also shipped home separately. It also arrived in perfect condition with another note! Travellers, save yourself some stress and trust the professionals here. Ship your souvenirs home. In an age of increasing automation, the human touch of assessing fragility and applying care is well worth a little extra cost to get your goods home safely.

  The 2 employees here were amazing! I believe the young man was in training and the woman helping him was perfect! My friend group had just made brooms on Salem and were surprised that they had to be shipped home, and the lady here was very understanding at our surprise at the cost. She explained every option, gave us the best rates possible and was very kind and patient. The store was nice and clean. Clutter free! Came back to add that I just received my broom and a sweet hand written note!
