  This store makes up the hours as they go along. Last week I dropped off a package at 6:27pm without issue. I have the receipt as proof. This week I showed up with another gentleman at the same time and we were both turned away and told the store was closed. The excuse was that “the call center shuts them down at 6:30.” Except it wasn’t 6:30 and I was able to make a return at the exact same time the week prior. Next time I’ll go to Seabrook.

  Awful experience doing an Amazon return. I never would’ve thought to check reviews for a store for an Amazon return, but I clearly should’ve! Employee told me the box I put my return in was “too soft” and couldn’t be accepted. I explained that I didn’t understand, as it was the box the item shipped in. He said I could purchase a box at the store to ship it in. I commented again that I put it back in the box it came in. He then proceeded to scrutinize the box and tell me it was not the shipping box, as there was no marking where the label came off. WHAT?! I said I pulled the labels with barcodes off as Amazon directed, and they (very satisfyingly) pulled off perfectly clear. He continued to argue with me so I said I’d go elsewhere. I was so thrown off afterward I was questioning myself “is it the box it came in?!” and I went back to the photo Amazon sent when it was delivered and it was indeed the box it came in. I went to UPS store in Seabrook and the return was taken with no issue.
