  The employee there that everyone is mentioning is very rude. It's not his culture, so don't blame it on that. I'm sure that'll be an excuse I'd possibly get back from the store. As others stated, this is the closest amazon drop off for me. A few months back, I returned a CAT WATER FOUNTAIN and the FILTERS (THE FILTERS WERE PURCHASED SEPARATELY) . I told him I have 2 barcodes to scan, he insisted because I was returning them together that he only needed to scan 1 code. I kept telling him just scan both, but this guy....you just can't reason with him. It was escalating, so I just cooled down to have him process my returns. I went to my car and only saw return of one item, so I went back in, and he said it will show up few hours later. Few DAYS later it did not. So of course I don't have the package of FILTERS which I returned already, no proof etc.... long story short, amazon had originally refunded me for the filters $20, then took their money back because they didn't get the FILTERS back (which again were a SEPARATE PURCHASE) but they did refund the cat fountain. He needs to learn not to argue with the customer. Just scan the barcode the customers show you!

  I have had multiple negative experiences with the Indian man who works at this location. Every time I come in, he is extremely rude and makes me feel very uncomfortable. I have also witnessed him speak rudely to other customers, so unfortunately this has not been an isolated experience. On one occasion, I asked if he could please help me carry something because I am pregnant, and he refused to help me. It was incredibly disappointing and just another example of the lack of basic customer service I’ve experienced from him. Everyone else I have interacted with at this store has always been very nice, friendly, and helpful, which makes his behavior stand out even more. I really hope management addresses the way he interacts with customers because I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable every time I walk into the store.

  This place blows, but it’s the only game in town for Amazon returns so it is what it is. It’s almost always the same employee: who lacks empathy, basic manners, and is somehow condescending every interaction you have with him. This place could use some Customer Service training and an actual manager.
