  Attempted to use Subway app to order a sandwich with a coupon for 50% off. Physically saw the owner canceling my order on his screen while I was in restaurant waiting. When I confronted him he said it was not there and something was wrong with my payment. My card showed the payment and I've used many times at other Restaurants. The owner is a liar and has no honor. I had been on a 20hr outage at Washington St at Stellman Rd. I was very exhausted and only wanted a sandwich and he was very rude. I've never seen that behavior from a owner, he could have just not have been a part of that Subway promotion then being tricky and deceiving. Dont give him any of your money and doesnt deserve to own anything.

  Visited the Subway location at 4238-4244 Washington St, Roslindale, MA, and had a really great experience. Even though there was a heavy rush, Komal Patel handled everything very professionally and stayed friendly and patient with customers. She made my order perfectly, the service was quick, and the food tasted fresh. The staff managed the busy crowd really well. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!
