  *This store does not have OBD2 tester!* (contrary to the description of services). I needed to see "check engine" codes, so I was going to call this store, but while looking for the phone number on Google Maps I saw that under "services" (visible only on mobile devices), the store lists OBD2 code checking, I decided to drive here, since previously I bought some parts here. Upon arriving I asked about it a sales person, and with sincere apologies he told me that they don't have a tester, and that I am not the first one who is disappointed like this. Apparently, it is the chain district manager (not even the store manager) who can change the description in Google Maps, but ... Thank you, District Manager, for wasting half an hour of my time, and half a gallon of gas! You are not doing your job! This sales person was helpful in suggesting to go to Auto Zone that has that capability. So: sales personnel: 5*; store/chain management: 1*. Average: 3*.

  Mike and Amaless went above and beyond to help me. I needed assistance on getting a part to hold my license plate. Amaless was very friendly on the phone too when I called them!

  After my car battery died on the 4th of July of all days, I called up this Advance Auto Parts location which came to the rescue! First of all, thank you for being open. We managed to jump our car and immediately drove here. We bought the new battery and they helped us replace it free of charge. They even cleaned the corrosion and applied grease. The whole process was extremely easy and quick, less than 10 minutes in and out. THANK YOU Eliud and Amaless for the amazing and professional service. We would definitely come back.

  They were there when I needed them. My schedule had been extremely straight out, was able to get wipers replaced quickly and gave them more business for getting me in a better posture with the pending snow and rain
