  Excellent service provided by front desk & GM!! Denise who works the front desk is the best I've ever seen catering too the needs of hotel guests! Highly recommend staying here!!!

  So in fairness I missed that this location didn't have a pool, or an elevator to get to the second floor. My issue is when we got in on the late side we were given a room that had not been cleaned (bed was slept in, food on desk and trash in the trash can). We then had to drag all of our stuff back down the stairs. The person at the desk was very apologetic, but a little short with the folks on the phone who kept calling while she was trying to move us. I did mention we didn't know about the lack of elevators, and she did try to place us on the first floor but apparently that room was out of service? So back up we went. The room was fine but the bed cover, a towel, and the walls all had stains/smears on them. This is our third Best Western this trip and both the most expensive of the three and the least nice. Even the breakfast was disappointing compared to the last two. Do not recommend this location.

  Our experience was fantastic, the room was super clean smell very clean in the hallway and in the room, I would say that the free breakfast was nice as well, we actually stayed 2 different nights since we felt super at home and overall if in this area again definitely would go back. I also would say the staff was super awesome and nice, I definitely say this place earns 5 star

  I recently stayed at this particular hotel 1 night with my Grandson for a hockey tournament,,, i travel quite a bit and have stayed at many different hotels this hotel was by far the absolute worst experience of any place i have ever stayed,,, upon arriving immediately when i open the door the stench that smacked me in the face was disgusting,,smelled like the whole place was just fumigated, well then walked into the bathroom and was greated by ants everywhere dead & alive,, tryed to find another hotel every one of them were booked because either weddings or the marathon,,, if weather wasn't so bad i personally would have slept in my vehicle but wanted my Grandson to get a nights rest ,,, so we did stay but literally slept with our clothes on,, then in middle of the night you could smell nothing but weed clearly wasn't a non smoking hotel like the sign behind the checkin desk displayed,, even better turn the shower on and the water sprayed everywhere but in the tub,,, this place was hands down the nastiest hotel i have ever stepped foot in,,, they should be ashamed of themselves,,,only reason i gave 1 star is because you couldn't give a zero
