  Very overpriced for not having an elevator, and the rundown condition of the room. The ceiling and rug had stains, the sheets were worn and frayed and the hotel is very much in need of an entire remodel. At breakfast, there was a never-ending video for a plaintiff attorney. The pros were the location, friendly staff and parking.

  This has been conveniently located for multiple work trips. But that is the only positive that I can give. And I guess that I only ever saw a couple of spiders in my room. I'll take a few daddy long legs in the bathroom over other creepy crawlers I've seen while traveling.

  The location was nice, the service was ok, but the room stunk and the bed and pillows were not conformable.

  Absolutely disgusting experience. This was my first time staying at a Best Western, and after this stay, I have no desire to ever stay at one again. For $165 per night, the condition of this place was completely unacceptable. The room smelled bad, the carpet was filthy, and the towels looked so old and worn out that I did not even feel comfortable using them. The refrigerator was so unstable that it felt like it could fall over just from touching it. Everything about the room felt neglected, dirty, and poorly maintained. To make it worse, the room opened directly onto the parking lot, which made the entire place feel like a run-down motel rather than a hotel charging $187 a night. I honestly felt disgusted walking into the room. At this price, I should not have to question whether the towels are clean, whether the carpet has been properly cleaned, or whether the furniture and appliances are even safe and stable. The pictures and price absolutely did not match the reality of this property. I felt ripped off. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had, and I would never return or recommend this location to anyone.
