I visited on Customer Appreciation Day, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Although this location operates 24 hours a day, it never sacrifices the qualities that matter most. The ingredients are consistently fresh, every sandwich is crafted with care, and the attention to detail is evident in every bite. Equally impressive is the team behind the counter. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness transform what could be an ordinary meal into an outstanding customer experience. It’s clear they take pride not only in the food they prepare but also in the way they treat every guest. What makes this location even more remarkable is the value it offers. It’s increasingly rare to find a restaurant that combines exceptional quality, outstanding service, and reasonable prices so consistently. This Subway achieves all three with ease. In every respect, this location exemplifies what great customer service should look like. It has set a standard that few restaurants—Subway or otherwise—can match.

  I always stop by this Revere location after church at night, and it is always impeccably clean and organized. All the food options are always fully stocked and very clean. The restroom is consistently spotless as well. Even late at night, the staff treats us with kindness and respect, and they are always very fast. They deserve to be congratulated for their excellent work. Even from a distance, you can tell that the kitchen is very clean and well maintained. 👏✨
