  Every time I go there with a return ship all I get is excuses on why they can't ship it. She suggested I go to FedEx in walmart.

  This driver was thowing customers packages out his back door on the driveway with no care what was in them plus his van was blocking the whole road. He need to be fired.this happen on may 26 at 6:30 pm on cape cod

  Terrible. Stop outsourcing your customer service. Americans should stop supporting companies that do this. Missing package but FedEx won't tell me where the package was delivered. EBay won't refund me because the package says "delivered" but no one will tell me where it was delivered. Ridiculous.
