  I cannot recommend this store to you under any circumstances. I was cheated out of $70. I'm from Germany and needed a SIM card for my time in the USA. Since the SIM card did not work with my German phone, the seller Mr. Lol Pham gave me one of his phones. Already during the installation there were problems that only the internet works and no calls. Since I needed mainly Internet, that was still okay for me. Only one day after the purchase, the Internet was no longer usable. I tried several times to reach the seller Mr. Lol Pham without a response to my mails. At another Cricket store in Brockton MA and NYC, I was told that I was scammed at the store. The phone that was given to me was ready registered to another person. Therefore, my SIM card was blocked. I received no response to the request that I be refunded my $70. Ultimately, I am now stuck with the $70. I am very upset and regret doing business with this charger! In my eyes, this is a unserious business and I cannot recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.

  Somehow Google Assistant locked the phone with a pen that I never set and no one could help over the phone to unlock it.

  The people are so kind, understanding & like no other. It's actually great when I have an issue, because the people are calming & the best part is they know what they're doing!! I'd give em 10☆
