  I have to say it takes a lot for me to do a review but this is an easy 5 Star. Dealing with both the Hanley Agency (Thomas G thanks for the help ! Awesome) and the Kevin McDonald agency for all of our cars and the new golf cart was as easy as can be. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and exceptional service.

  Wonderful customer service. I had to change my coverage from NY to MA and Stephanie made the process so easy. She was incredibly responsive and provided me with all of the necessary RMV documents, a real life saver!!

  The Hanley Agency went above and beyond to help me find the best coverage for my car. They explained why they suggest adding or not adding certain riders to the policy. I told them exactly what I needed and they answered all my questions. They even helped me register my vehicle! 5 starts is simply not high enough for the service they provided!!

  Stefany has gone above and beyond to help my father who’s primary language is Spanish. She has helped him insure his new vehicle and got him all the paperwork we need for the RMV all completely filled out and labeled for signatures. She answers all his questions whenever he calls her and if she doesn’t know she finds out and gives him a call with the correct information. This is one company that has Spanish customer service that us Hispanic customers love! Thank you Stefany!
