  I’ve been a customer of The Hanley Allstate Agency for a while now and honestly couldn’t be happier. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and actually takes the time to walk you through your coverage options rather than just selling you a policy and moving on. Every time I’ve had a question or needed to make a change, someone picked up the phone and handled it quickly and professionally. What really sets them apart is the personal touch. This is a family-run agency that’s been serving the South Boston and Quincy community for decades and it shows.   Just prior to my homeowners policy renewal, I received a letter from this agency offering a highly attractive premium. However, when I called to request the policy details, I was quoted a premium that was nearly three times higher than the amount stated in the letter. I find this discrepancy deeply concerning and believe it reflects misleading business practices. Consumers should exercise caution when dealing with this agency.
