  I have requested to receive my current home policy in a special format/file. Erick Lizardo was very helpful and understood that, the seniors like me, don’t keep a computer at home any more, so he made extra effort to reformat the file per my request.   Stefany has gone above and beyond to help my father who’s primary language is Spanish. She has helped him insure his new vehicle and got him all the paperwork we need for the RMV all completely filled out and labeled for signatures. She answers all his questions whenever he calls her and if she doesn’t know she finds out and gives him a call with the correct information. This is one company that has Spanish customer service that us Hispanic customers love! Thank you Stefany!
