  Today, I had lunch at this restaurant and was disappointed by the state of the toilets. When I asked the lady if I could use the toilet to wash my hands before eating, I was shocked to find the sink incredibly dirty and the water not even flowing. The toilets themselves were filthy and clogged, suggesting that the place hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. This unpleasant experience made it impossible for me to enjoy my sandwich. I couldn’t bring myself to take juice from the fountain, fearing that the water inside was just as dirty. It’s no wonder they didn’t display their hygienic score; the mess was simply unacceptable. I’m writing to report this to the food service department because it’s a disgusting and unhygienic environment.
