  Now I know why there's an average rating of 3.5 stars. My husband and went in to get something notarized and was told No, he's all by himself and too busy. I totally felt for the kid BUT he wasted more time talking and telling me why he couldn't do it when he could've got it done in that same amount of time. It is a service they provide and I expected to get served just like everyone else in there returning packages.

  I was in and out of the store in no more than 10 minutes. I couldn't believe the no nonsense approach. There were 2 customers ahead of me when I got there.

  The crew here at this UPS store always greets customers with a smile and they make sure your shipping needs are met.

  Make sure you tape your box or bring tape. They charge $2 for tape Close a box for Amazon returns. Staples is much nicer about using a little bit of tape. The girls answer that this is a private franchise and they have their own rules didn’t help. I mean how much could a piece of tape cost the owner? Even the Kingston UPS store is not so hungry for $$. I paid extra gas because for some reason Amazon wanted me to do a UPS store and the Kingston one closes earlier. I thought I could make it to the Home Depot. I made it five mins before closing. Working families with kids makes it hard to shuffle things around.

  The “manager” Alexis Roberts demonstrated to me this UPS store is a completely toxic work and customer service environment. Like other recent reviews she also mocked, laughed, and insulted me the moment I turned my back and I wasn’t even out the door. I couldn’t believe my ears, I went back into the store after thinking to myself did that just happen? I said “I heard what you said about me and I want your managers information” She then gave me her card instead. As I was about to walk out again she told the other young person “oh that dosnt matter”. Oh I don’t matter?? Working in corporate America over 20 years I knew this “manger” was a child and seemed she needed to go back to high school because that attitude dosnt get you anywhere. With the experience I have in retail I normally only submit positive reviews but I couldn’t let this experience not be heard. I’m reaching out to her manager and if I don’t get results then their manager and so on. This is my local UPS store and I will continue to go there and I don’t expect mean girl episodes everytime I walk in. I hope her attitude changes as she learns life lessons to be professional and kind and NOT insulting and childish.
