    Bad experience. My 6 inch turkey sub received only 3 slices of turkey. Apple Pay and tap cards don’t work. Was told no water cups.

    My daughter and I ordered turkey subs from this Subway today with several toppings, including cucumbers. At first, I thought the Parmesan vinaigrette tasted a little off, but then my daughter pulled a cucumber off her sandwich and said “yucky.” I tried one myself, and the cucumber tasted strongly like chemicals, bleach, or some kind of pesticide. I called the store to report it and asked the employee to try a cucumber, and he admitted it “did taste a little off.” I told him they should remove the cucumbers from the line immediately. After eating them, both my daughter and I experienced numbness and tingling in our mouths, and my throat also felt numb. I would be very careful ordering from this location until they address their food handling and sanitation practices. Cleaning products or chemicals should never come into contact with food being served to customers

    Worker was more interested in talking with her friend over the counter than taking my order. Ended up walking out after being one of two customers in the store because it took over 10 minutes for them to even attempt to take my order

    I’ve had a consistent issue at this location when ordering mobile. I arrive during the pickup time given by the app, but my order is often not even started yet. On multiple visits I’ve had to stand inside and wait without any acknowledgment or update from staff. On one occasion, the employee was on break and my order wasn’t started until after she returned, with no communication about the delay. It would really help if mobile orders were managed more efficiently and if customers were at least acknowledged when they arrive.

    The employee made my sandwich wrong just to make a meatball marinara she decided to put mayonnaise in it when I asked for marinara sauce then had the nerve to smile in my face….. bad customer service
