  I went to the UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return, and Hafiz went above and beyond helping me navigate the Amazon app. He quickly solved an issue by reprinting the labels and converting the return from a Staples drop-off to UPS, saving me an extra trip and a lot of frustration. This kind of customer service is rare these days. Employees like Hafiz truly make a difference, and the UPS Store is fortunate to have someone so helpful, patient, and professional on their team. Thank you again!

  I chose the UPS Store in Pittsfield to package and ship two antique clocks I won at a Fontaine's clock auction. Both clocks had glass and moving parts. The UPS Store did a great job of securing both clock movements and wrapping the clocks so that they arrived undamaged and in working condition! Congratulations to Husny and Rich for packaging my clocks and getting them to me in excellent condition.
