  Ordered online yesterday may 31. Store was closed when I got there. They still took my money and did not refund.

  Dalton ave locations lets you place a order on the app because it says it’s open, Google says it’s open and then when it says it is ready you show up for it to be closed and no way of getting a refund. Wish I could put a 0/5 star review. Not good ownership letting a buissness run like that.

  Awful place to eat. Employees act as if your an inconvenience for them as if to intentionally drive customers away. If I could give zero starts I would.

  A gentleman Caleb is always AMAZING and happy to help me. The sandwhichs he has made me the last 3 times has been not only delicious but looked appetizing(not just thrown together). However today a young lady was working with Caleb and when I walked in didn't even bother to greet me or say 2 words. Allowed me to stand there for 4 minutes at the counter until Caleb came out... she needs to work on her customer service skills, or at least learn to say hello when people come in!(did not get her name). The bread at this subway is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS, it's the best tasting bread out of all the subways in Pittsfield. Would suggest to go here because of Caleb & the bread!!!
