  We drove an hour and a half to get there for a phone that we wanted, but when we arrived we were told that the phone was not ready for an update yet, and it would cost us twice as much. So we turned around and went home. The manager was fine, but it was just too much money for the new one. Because of cricket

  As an older person with limited knowledge of the latest technology, especially with phones, the staff took their time explaining the different phones and suggested the best (and not the most Expensive) for my needs. I had another carrier before Cricket that dropped calls on a regular basis and to my surprise, found that Cricket worked better in NH, MA, and VT where I am on a regular basis. I am most pleased with the store, are always there to help, and the carrier. This senior citizen is very happy
