  I’m a bread vendor and My truck wouldn’t start and Scott from advanced auto try to jump me and it didn’t work. So he grab his personal vehicle without me asking and he got my truck started. They’re nice people and they welcome you into the store. I’ll recommend this store for anyone

  6/12/26 Everything is way too expensive, and the girl that "helped" me today and yesterday is so rude. I was there yesterday (6/11/26) to buy an AC charger for my car and I asked the girl for help and she straight up told me no. There was 2 girls there and they just mostly ignored me to lean all over the counter and be on their cellphones when I was asking for help.. and they kept telling me how expensive it was and treating me like I couldn't afford it anyway.. But then the main girl asked what kind of car I have and I told her and then she didn't even tell me which hose was the right one for my type of car.. she just said, they are over there and they are expensive.. And then when I went to return it today and I told her the hose didn't even fit on the one I just picked, because she wouldn't help me find the right one for my car, she just made me feel stupid and asked if I put it on the right side. I said yes, I had my dad help me and we tried everything.. she was very short with me and was giving me nasty looks and treated me like I was some kind of scumbag when I asked if she could do a cash return instead of back on my debit card.. next time I'm driving all the way out to Auto Zone..

  Returned some headlight bulbs that we realized were incorrect after pulling the old one out. CJ was a great help in getting the correct bulb for replacement.

  Long time customer , i Called looking for a specific grade of oil , after 8 rings the employee told me they close in 30 min and i should probably try Oreilly’s. Glad i did ! I called and spoke with Zander on dalton ave had exactly what i needed in stock, even grabbed a flashlight so i could see to top off ! Poor customer service but great advice. Thanks 🙏
