Came in to overnight a package and accidentally stumbled into what appeared to be the final boss level of customer service. The employee helping me seemed deeply offended by the existence of both packages and human interaction, perhaps because her vacation was scheduled to begin after my visit instead of before it.
I’ve never seen someone radiate “I need PTO immediately” with such intensity. By the time I left, I had to add an extra teaspoon of sugar to my coffee just to rebalance the emotional ecosystem.
FedEx, I’m begging you: somewhere out there are friendly people who can both scan a package and refrain from acting like customers personally ruined their week.

Amazing customer service with absolutely no hassles. I highly recommend.
In the past I have had some very pleasant dealing with people at this location...Today there was a women that I got upset with who told me outright..I cannot give the information to her and said I should have done it all online alreay. I was appuald and upset. This is the third time she has done this to me. I said I would complain and she saif her name is 'Donna'. Middle aged, caucasion, reddish hair about 5'5". From reading the reviews, it appears I'm not the only person who had issues with her. FedEx, this person lies to customers, does want to take shipping information and should not be dealing with the public. I will %100 connect with corperate on her. She needs to be relieved of duty.
I am truly disappointed and furious with FedEx. Last month, I purchased two snakes, but they "missed" a flight, and the snakes arrived dead. Yesterday, two more were shipped, and once again, they missed a flight. However, if they arrive dead again this time—due to the incompetence of FedEx failing to do its job properly—I will file a lawsuit against you. This is neither my problem nor my fault, and I refuse to receive dead snakes again; it is humiliating
