Every time I’ve visited the store in the past, I was well served; the staff were always patient with me since I don’t speak English, and they would wait for the phone translation—even though it slowed things down a bit—without any issues. Unfortunately, today I was served by a very rude woman; when she realized I didn't speak English, she got agitated and refused to help me any further. A bystander offered to help, and another staff member stepped in—seeing that the first woman had started swearing and had walked to the back of the store. Honestly, I’ve never experienced a situation like this in the US; people here are usually patient enough to use a translation app or try to understand what you need. That woman, however, couldn't have cared less. Honestly, I won't be coming back to this store.

claims they open @8. it is now almost 8:30 and no one is still not here. They should have staff there on time. dont go first thing in the morning because you will be late to work
Perfect service! Michael goes out of his way to treat customers right! He is an example of what customer service is!!

She was great (efficient and polite)
but fedex is understaffing and that’s on them. Mega corps need to let go of endless profits and start taking care of their employees and costumers again.

Usually a good experience until today. Lady with brown hair glasses was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever.
The men that work there are always good but she was being extremely rude to them as well.
