    Went here for lunch as it's not too far from where I work and I had a gift card. Getting the food for free is the only reason I've been back here in over a year. I asked for lettuce and pickles on my sandwich and got the most pitiful serving of lettuce I think I've ever seen. He did add more when I asked for more, but the fact that he was fine with that serving is crazy to me. When I asked for the pickles, I kid you not, he put 5 slices of pickles. On a foot long sandwich. If I'm gonna be paying $14 for a sandwich I'd like to actually be able to taste the ingredients instead of having a hint of them between the bread

    I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this place. I ordered a sandwich to go, and it came with no vegetables inside—plus, even the sticker sealing the packaging had been cut in half. I don't know why, but these people are incredibly stingy.

    Wouldn’t let me use my coupon the app. They said I had to order through the app to use it, I stepped out of line to order and the app wouldn’t work. What’d they do? They said of well we can’t help you. I’ve been coming here for 2 years but I won’t ever be stepping foot in this location again.

    This location looks nice and clean. However, every time I have ordered online or through the app, my order has been wrong. I opened an order today, that I had asked to be toasted and paid for bacon. When I opened the sandwich at home it had not been toasted and the bacon had clearly not been cooked and was all fat. I then called the phone number listed on the receipt as who to call with comments. When answered I voiced my concern and the person on the other end of the line pretended to not be there. I was very disappointed with the customer service. As I had returned to work I was not able to return to the location for corrections. I do not recommend ordering at this location.
