  Saturday May 30, 2026 about 10:30 am my boyfriends battery died he went to Advance ordered a battery asked the Salesman if he could swap it out for him. The person said yes my coworker is on break can you give me a few minutes he won’t be long. Now after 40 minutes of him waiting he finally asked how much longer the kid said oh we can’t do it it’s raining, he said I have a very big umbrella, proceeded to say no. Bad customer service because now at this point his car struggled to start. Definitely won’t be doing business here ever again.

  I needed a new windshield wiper, and Michael knew exactly what I needed as soon as I told him the make and model of the car. He was super friendly and made suggestions to help me save money. I was happily surprised that he installed the wipers right on the spot. I will definitely be back to this location.

  We needed a new (reliable) battery for the car. Advance Auto had it in stock and installed it for no extra cost. We had called O'Reilly for comparison, similar cost but they could not install due to resetting the car's computer (Ford). We were in and out with a new batter installed in no time!! Thank you Advance Auto.

  This is the most incompetent, rude, unprofessional and unobliging staff with a hint of arrogance, that I ever experienced. When you walk in the store and approach the counter, they look at you, and make you feel like you’re just a big inconvenience to them. The other day I was there and the guy behind the counter was on the phone with a customer on the other line and he was so annoyed by that so much that he made me feel uncomfortable. I’ll do the best I can to avoid this store at all cost.
