  I've been using the UPS Store in North Reading for a couple of years for other services and just had them work on a fast turn around printing project. The quality of the print job was excellent and I really appreciated their fast turn around and the price was reasonable. Service is great and efficient.

  Quoted me "Couple hundred dollars" to ship a mid-size 2.5 lb package to the UK. Just use the post office down the street.

  The gentleman working the front counter was extremely rude and was not about helping at all. I came in with my hands full carrying two boxes, and when I tried to put them on the counter, he yelled at me, not there next to the computer. Then he had no patience when I was trying to look at my printing label. Told me I shouldn’t have put the boxes on the counter until I was ready. HE TOLD ME TO PUT THEM THERE!!

  I always use the services of this UPS store in North Reading, MA. John and Rachel are respectful, professional and does the job swiftly and effectively! The store is always clean and tidy. I have never had any unpleasant experiences there.

  I’ve been to this location several times before with no issues. Today I went in and the gentleman that normally runs the counter passes the check out to one of two other employees, because they need the experience. No problem. When the “gentleman “ waits on me and starts going through the process, he finds the pronunciation of my last name funny. Belly laughs is the best way I can describe it. My last time I’ll darken their door.
