I went there today in the morning I never really eat at subway so I don’t know a lot about the menu and bread names I ask the lady working there some questions like names she was extremely rude did not answer my question she just told me it’s up on the menu in rude way I tell her to give me a foot long and she just stares at me for a few seconds does not say anything and tells me she can’t gimme a foot long if i don’t tell her what kind of bread I want she was extremely rude the whole time not a way to treat customers especially if there spending 12$ on a sandwich.

I placed a order online and they did not have the bread I wanted so instead of calling me because I was ok with the bread they had but they canceled my order and held my money up for 2-3 business days causing me not to be able to order more food and my coupon I tried to use no longer let me use it
