  We frequent here and usually the sandwiches are just alright; we only come here because there’s not many options for food out here in rural central mass. I’m not picky, i’m not rude, but my fiancés sandwich was wrong and i went back in to have it remade (which i’ve had todo at other locations and never had any issues). I’ve worked food service and I know it’s tough but what I just witnessed was absolutely diabolical. I was met with immediate attitude from both women behind the counter and instead of remaking the sandwich completely, which is Subways policy, they decided to dig their fingers around in the sandwich to prove that the missing ingredients weren’t missing (which they were), and only offered to add the ingredients. No establishment is supposed to take food back that’s already left the store and they’re definitely not supposed to dig their fingers around in my lettuce to prove themselves right! That’s not a thing. That’s gross. Owners need to reevaluate how their employees act when there’s no managers around. Not to mention Subway has gotten insanely expensive and the quality has only gotten worse. Next time will be using the money “saved” to get Jersey Mike’s.

  Faith was an awesome sandwich artist! Gets the orders right time and never fails to exceed the quality of the sandwiches she makes. Ill drive 10 minutes out of the way home when shes working so I know its done right. I know a lot of locations are hit or miss but when shes working its worth it. Hands down the best subway around. Highly recommended for anyone in the area. This is the subway you need and the artist for ur cravings!

  This wonderful girl Faith made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich i’ve ever had not to mention her wonderful costumer service and the store looked beautiful and very clean
