  This UPS store is under new management and I found the staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant. If you had a negative experience here before, it’s not likely to happen again because the new management is very customer oriented.

  The employees and manager from thee UPS Store from North Andover are absolutely so helpful and amazing. I was having some issues with filing a claim and the employee and the manager both were so helpful to the best of their ability.!!! I will definitely be coming back to this store when I need to make another shipment!!! Thanks for everything!!!

  Wonderful ups store. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly to work with. Ijaz the manager was very welcoming! The store is also now open Sundays which is extremely helpful!
