  My package was stolen at this store; the system/website shows the store received it, but they claim nothing arrived. I’ve called several times, and the package has vanished. They insist the package isn't there, even though the tracking code confirms it was delivered. When I called to speak to the manager, he was incredibly rude and hung up on me for no reason—even though they had stolen my package.

  I have used this UPS store for conference printing needs including event signage, table cloths, pop-up banners, brochures, and other items. Everything is ready on time (or even before deadline!) and the owner and staff go above and beyond to meet your printing needs. This store has quickly become my go-to local shop for printing.

  They do a great job laminating posters. I’ve also had color copies of maps done here and then laminated to be used as placemats.
