  Poor customer service. Every time I’ve been hassled about packaging or denied service here, the Wellesley UPS store has helped me with no questions asked.

  Not the best Happy Returns drop off location, as this UPS store imposes size restrictions on the shipping box (even if it’s the original packaging) that others don’t. Go to Staples instead.

  Like every other person leaving a poor review, I wish I could choose no stars. I went in Wednesday before 1 o’clock to mail a small present to Vermont. The young woman there told me the only way to get it there guaranteed for Christmas was the three day. I was shocked that it cost $56 for such a small package and for three day shipping. Well my daughter received it last night. I called the store manager and explained that I felt taken advantage of and I receive no call back. My daughter mailed a package yesterday from Vermont at the UPS up there much bigger than the one I mailed and I will receive it tomorrow and it cost $18. This place is dreadful and I’ll never step in here again
