  My husband and I went to this store in Needham location on Saturday and tried to return an order which originally I ordered on Amazon. The order consisted of two packages. The store assistant told me that I needed two shipping labels instead of one label that was already generated by Amazon via the return policy. She made us buy the scotch tape on top of that so I can wrap the boxes and gave us the Amazon customer service number to call to get the second label reinforcing UPS policy does not allow 2 packages under one label, even if those were delivered under one label. For that they made me to call Amazon and request new shipping labels. I wasted 1 hour in the store. Then next two days I was struggling again and again to figure out. The seller, who sent me the merchandise refused to issue another tracking number. Why would they pay more while they already paid? I had several calls with Amazon customer service. Eventually I went to another UPS store in Newton Center and they took both packages as one without any problem. It looks like the associate was making up some UPS rules that is unique to this location only. They gave us so much trouble for no reason. I noticed that other people had the same experience in this location reading the reviews. Awful experience will never go there again.

  I called before to say we will be there in a couple minutes, which was 10 minutes before closing. I walked in with 10 minutes before closing. Service agent said she’d already shut off the register even though she knew we were coming in and she couldn’t help us.

  Rachel was amazing to work with. She helped me print items and notarized multiple documents. Rachel was very professional, patient, and extremely helpful.
