  This place is brutal. The workers or owners? - rush you while ordering then re-ask the same question over and over because they want all the information for the sandwich at the start then seemingly forget because they are moving too fast. They also want to skimp you on portions any chance they get (mind you I get maybe 3-4 toppings max). Customer service here is lacking. I’ve been here a few dozen times as their are minimal options in the area and the experience is identical every time.

  Ordered for my sub to be toasted came into the store and asked if it was toasted. she gave me a long speech about how if customer says toasted it’s toasted. i opened my sandwhich and it’s not toasted at alll. i called the store and she yelled and kept arguing about how it’s toasted. it did NOT look nor feel toasted

  Super friendly staff. Could be cleaner. Would be nice if napkins were readily available instead of behind the counter

  Darshana was the absolute best! I’ve been here several times and she’s so nice and attentive.
