  On Monday, June 30 Jak was very helpful with customs issues for a package I was sending to Canada. I needed the package to be delivered on July 6th. It cleared customs swiftly and was delivered today, July 2nd. Thank you Jak for helping this happen.

  Matt and Carlos are consistently excellent when I work with them on large printing projects. I've been happy with Carlos for years and recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, who went out of his way to make sure my large-format retractable posters were not pixilated, which they would have been had he just processed the low-res file I sent and said nothing. The printing work has always been solid, in my experience.

  Was there as a vendor, and they refused to sign me in. (My company requires me to be signed in.) While staff wasn't actually rude, they certainly weren't helpful. I overheard one staff member giving a patron a hard time because she didn't know the web address for the place her package was going to.

  Needed to overnight something had to call the recipient with some choices. Carlos was very very patient and explained things repeatedly as needed. Really excellent customer service. Everyone working with the public right now is in a tough position and I was so so grateful for this service!
