  The worst store. Standing in line right now watching an employee doing absolutely nothing while another employee is fighting for his life at the register trying to manage a line out the door.

  I came in during a storm to drop off an Amazon return. The employee, Arvin, refused to accept it because I was shipping it in the item's original packaging. I explained that this was exactly how the package arrived and that I had removed the old label. He wasn't satisfied — he kept inspecting the box, hunting for leftover glue from the previous label, essentially treating me like I was lying. He refused the return. I took the same package to another UPS Store and they accepted it without question.

  I've been using this UPS store for over 10 years, generally for dropping off pre-labeled packages. At times this location can busy so there may be some wait time. Be patient. In the past few years I've noticed the staff are more helpful than in the past. The staff is knowledgeable about the requirements for shipping, so if your package does not conform to the rules you may have to update your label/packaging. Recently I discovered that this store also does laser engraving and UV cured printing. Wow. The expertise for unusually shaped and complex jobs is top notch. The capabilities are more advanced than several other local UV printing businesses in the area.

  They say they’re open until 6. Showed up at 5:47 on 9/8/26 and they had locked the door already and turned off all the lights. If you advertise being open until 6 you should stay open until 6. As a consumer if you have to bring something to be shipped from this UPS store make sure you get there WAY before their advertised closing time.

  Terrible experience. The store was a complete disaster - packages piled to the ceiling and boxes/trash scattered everywhere. The employee working was extremely rude. I asked for shipping tape to close my box and he told me he “wasn’t in the business of charity.” He was also on a personal phone call on speaker while a line of customers was out the door, and became argumentative when I asked for help. I’ll gladly drive an extra five minutes to avoid this location. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
