Few of the staff are great, the manager however is a very sour apple to this location. He is rude, snappy, and under serves the proportions. It’s not a good look when a manager is the one pushing customers out! Hope this can be looked into.

just showed up at 3:54 pm after placing an online order and the store is completely closed. No sign on the door no workers and now i’m out 20 bucks.

Ordered through the app specifically requested no mayonnaise and they added mayonnaise. Said there was nothing they can do about it. Bad enough the guy could barely understand and speak English even worse that their customer service is horrible. Attention to details goes a long way.

I ordered a foot-long online. I was eating it inside the store so when I got there, I opened it up with my chips and drink. There must’ve been a pond of onions on my chicken teriyaki. Like I’ve never seen purple onions before in my life extra onions. I ordered tomatoes there were none. I asked for the chicken teriyaki sauce didn’t get any. And to top it off, it wasn’t cut in half. I’m like really!!!
