  I came to this location as it was my selected hold location for a package which could not be delivered to my residence. The gentleman confirmed my package never made it to his location and suggested I call his store directly right then and there. This way he could transfer me to their customer service line. A line you cannot call directly. The customer service line was not very helpful but the manager I ultimately spoke to solved the mystery of where my package was and solved my issue. Bottom line, this gentleman and store did what they could for me with kindness and grace.

  Wayne was such a great help! We were shipping several boxes and he was very patient and courteous - highly recommend this FedEx for its service
