Everyone was friendly, professional, welcoming, and, most importantly, easy to talk to. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The staff actually takes the time to listen, understand what you need, and make sure you leave with the right information. There was never any feeling of being rushed or ignored. They were patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions. Communication was also excellent. Anytime I needed help or had a question, they made the process simple and straightforward. It’s refreshing to deal with a business where you can have a conversation with the staff and feel like they genuinely care about helping you rather than just trying to make a sale. The team at Advance in Medford made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Their professionalism, attitude, and willingness to help definitely deserve recognition. You can tell they take pride in what they do and value their customers. I would highly recommend Advance in Medford to anyone looking for great service, friendly people, and a team that is actually willing to work with you. I will definitely be coming back!

- JLJASON LIUMay 30, 20261.0I came here to buy windshield wipers. During checkout, the employee added a 24-month ACP plan for me. I asked him if I could remove it, but he told me that I had to buy it. Later, I checked online and found out that the plan was not required. I went back to the store, and they had to get the manager to refund the plan for me. They also claimed that I had chosen to purchase it myself during checkout. I definitely will not come back to this store again.
