    We needed to return 2 separate items to Amazon (12/28/25). Started the return process with Amazon and got the QR codes. Dropped both packages off at the store.Thinking both were scanned and all was good we left the store. After reviewing the Amazon account today we noticed 1 was processed and a credit was issued while the other was still pending. Visited the store today and the associate was able to scan the codes again. All is good. Amazon account was credited this afternoon. Very pleased with results. Thank you

    The store is good but maybe ask the younger employees to portray a better customer service image. Walking around dragging feet and wearing a hood isn't professional. Hopefully a talking to will do good for them in the long run.
