  Stolen credit card information After winning a Clock at auction this business requested my credit card information for shipping. This is the only company I shared this information with. A month later my card was charged almost $200 at a Walmart. Do not supply this business with your credit card information

  They do not disclose all of their charges and the manager just hides behind his staff instead of coming out and being open with his overcharged customers. Find a different store.

  This place is usually okay. It only becomes a hassle when there's a line and there's only one person working. Other than that the girl there is pretty cool.

  This location charges the maximum allowable notary fee ($15) even for a single-page document, which is far more expensive than other nearby UPS stores. What made the experience even worse was that the employee never disclosed the fee beforehand, nor was there any clear pricing posted in the store. On top of that, the customer service was poor—the person assisting me came across arrogant and supporting his greed as professional service where I've consistently paid only $5–$10 for the same service. I felt completely taken advantage of. There are much better and more reasonably priced options nearby. Avoid this location if you value transparency, fair pricing, and professional service.

  refuses to notarize documents. insists on verifying all information in them in order to notarize rather than just verifying the signer.
