My family was on vacation and needed to ship back things we have collected on our trip before flying. I wish I remembered his name but he went above and beyond on helping us fine the right size boxes to ship. I will definitely go back there when we return on vacation.

I had the best service at this store. Thank you, John for your gracious and supportive assistance in returning Amazon items that I’ve had trouble returning. It was causing me so much stress and to have someone help me through a very confusing return, was like having my son with me (although John is a little more patient). Saturday at 2:00 was a good time to go! Mostly at all!

Marblehead’s UPS store is a valuable service provider for our town, whether for personal or business mailing and copying needs. Staff is always helpful and friendly and welcoming in my experience and I appreciate what they do for me and my colleagues. I rarely go to our town post office now—staff there are unwelcoming and unfriendly and rarely helpful. As a small business owner, I couldn’t do without our UPS store and its good people.
