  Do a better job delineating to your customers, and maybe not hang up on us when we get upset by ambiguous math and poor explanations.

  I would not recommend Allstate this agency to anyone. After years of multiple policy with only glass claims I was sent a policy with nearly double the premium. When I called the agency for support, my response was "Allstate does not want your business", "they try to get you to go other places". This was the same mantra I heard last year with the $3000 increase. Go somewhere else.

  Unable to receive a refund check. It has been in the mail since June 15th and July 15th...but was told to wait an additional 2 weeks! So, cancelled on June 6th - I called to initiate the check. So, since Malden hasn't received the check and Mass Property won't issue another one, I'm stuck - not a lot of money $193.11!! Next call is to Mass Div of Insurance... I had no issues with policy, just tired of the check is "in the mail"..
