  I ask them for a turkey sandwich and I ask for fresh tomatoes they had them and still gave me bad one saying we don’t have it seeing it myself in the other container and the meatball sandwich was horrible no taste like old don’t buy their is not good quality and they don’t care what they serve

  I would give 0 stars if I could I ordered a flatbread sandwich that is supposed to be toasted always as online does not give you the option to toast or not toast I also added a clear “please toast” special instruction because this isn’t the first time this store has done this, the special instruction was ignored. When I pointed it out, the staff argued with me instead of simply fixing it. Offered to “scrap the veggies off and toast it” I have already touched the sandwhich as well. They initially refused both a proper remake and a refund, and when they did remake it, they continued arguing the entire time with no apology. I also asked for their names and they refused to provide them. Overall, the interaction felt very unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational over a simple mistake. This experience was frustrating and not what I expect from a basic customer service situation.
